Tomato Seed Extraction

Overview

Recently through rigorous experiment we developed tomato seed extractor machine for tomato seed extraction. The machine has option of using diesel engine power (5 hp) or electric motor power (5 hp) (depending upon customer need).
The ripened tomato whole fruit is inserted in the machine. It is crushed and upper thick covering is separated in upper drum and juice with seed is forced through perforated mesh and drain pipe to lower drum where seeds are separated from juice, which is drained out through perforated mesh and seeds are collected at the end of drum.
Machine has capacity 3 tph fruit crushing. It is easy for feeding by crate in the hopper of the machine. Cleaning of machine is also very easy after one variety is over.
